How to make a booking:
To make a booking, please download the booking form for the property you wish to book.
Complete it, sign it and fax or email it with photo ID.
Once the booking has been approved, we will contact you, regarding payment, then you can deposit the money into the nominated bank account on the booking form.
A booking is not confirmed until the full amount has been paid.
Terms
Conditions of Stay:Guests are required to enter and exit the property quietly. The noise level must be inaudible from adjoining properties between 10pm and 8am. Outside areas and/or common areas are not to be used between 10pm and 8am. All guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not cause distress to our neighbours or interfere in any way with their right to enjoy their properties. Parties/gatherings are not permitted on the premises. Only those guests named on the Booking Confirmation Form may be on the premises between 10pm and 8am. Valid forms of photo ID are required as proof of identity, and must be produced if requested. A maximum of 4 visitors may be on the premises at any one time, and visitors must leave by 10pm. We reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately and to remove guests who breach any of the above conditions. In these cases, no refund will be due, and we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternate accommodation, nor will we be responsible for any other associated costs. If we receive a complaint from our neighbours or the Body Corporate regarding noise levels after 10 p.m., this will be considered a breach of the Terms and Conditions of your stay, and your Bond will not be refunded.
